McDonald's in Juchen

Unfortunately something is missing again when picking up. Ketchup or the like can happen, but this time a burger was missing. Since the rush was enormous, the complaint would be too long for me. Conclusion: only eat on site if possible again. Pity

Never again ... something is missing from every visit. No matter where, here or in Neuss. They can't even think of a stupid salad. In addition, mayo and a dip were forgotten. Visited on December 29, 2020 at 7:30 p.m.

First of all, an extremely outrageous condition !!! Extremely annoyed and clueless when asked ... something is always missing, an order has never been complete! If it worked, I would give it 0 stars, but I think this entry is enough to understand my experiences!

Eating is so much too expensive

Coupons are not accepted allegedly always some errors in the system, it is not taken into account how many people are in the shop. Outside, right in front of the front door, there are young people and motorcyclists who are eating their food. (Less than 50 meters) there is always something missing from the MC Drive. This branch is not recommended.

Once again, only half of the order was packed in the bag. Everyone, checking after receiving your order is very important !!!

Drive in: Order was almost wrong, then I probably paid for the order from the person in front and they wanted to give me something different three times than what I ordered. Conclusion: at home the fries were cold as usual and the nuggets were soft on the inside, the MC flurry only had the chocolate sauce superficially as a decoration, the rest of it was on the floor as smarties in chocolate sauce, but otherwise the drink was the right one for it 1 star

The McDonald's was very good, easy to get to, the staff is friendly, I can recommend it

I have never seen such incompetent staff if it weren't for a large chain, the booth would have long since lost (rightly) half an hour for 2 citizens. That should be made then really unbelievable then you order 4 identical shakes with shock sauce what you get caramel always so flawed. So it is worth going to Wickrath.

I can only recommend everything super.

Was at the drive in, as always, friendly staff, good selection, but unfortunately the shake machine could not be used again and, sorry, the food tastes good, is unfortunately not very nutritious, after a short time the hunger comes back

The menu could be ordered at two terminals. The food was delivered quickly and was hot & fresh. The one missing star is aimed at the toilet, it wasn't quite as clean.

Unfortunately, you always have to check the order very carefully, as the content of the bag often differs from what was ordered.

Everything was very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately, this food had little to do with almost. I'd rather go back to Bergheim the next time.

Many mistakes were made during my visit. The chips were limp and the Burger was lukewarm

So far this was the first MC DONALD'S where the fries also tasted good, especially very crispy and not mushy! The only thing I have to complain about is that the tables weren't all clean.

I was there and buyed a shake to eat. They have computers where you can select what you want to eat. Therefor it's very fast and quickly. If your order is ready, you pay and that's it. I like it

Lazy service, chilli cheese burger without any flavour, stomage problems afterwards, sorry not good

Really popular and nicely decorated Cafe. Convenient coffee bar. Understandably extremely popular for weekend evening meals for the family. Meals and happy meals enjoyable. Unfortunately very little choice of boojs/toys with the Children's meals.

They didn't had hot sauce when I was there but the staff always offers an alternative.....

It is a busy location and friendly and efficient staff. It advantageously located around the Autobahn, so for a quick lunch this place is great.
